As President and CEO of MSA Companies, Inc., Andrew sets the strategic vision for both the medical and manufacturing divisions. After over 25 years of business leadership as a general contractor, which included sales that topped several million dollars year after year, Andrew decided to venture into a business that is both challenging and rewarding. The two divisions of MSA Companies, Inc. provide clients and candidates a very diverse and organized staff of recruiters that can reach other and tap the shoulders of many high-level persons. Andrew has assembled an extremely talented and focused team of Executive Recruiters. In his spare time, Andrew is an aviation pilot and long-time tri-athlete. He lives in Bath, Ohio and has two adult children. Andrew's life motto is "Never, Never Quit!"

The utilization of the ethical interpersonal relationships that have been created over that time create a wonderful opportunity to assist colleagues who wish to improve their careers for themselves and their families. The MSA group is a talented group of business professionals with whom it is a pleasure to work. Darrell is a BA graduate of Ogelthorpe University in Atlanta, GA, where he was a decorated athlete, and has completed the Goodyear Tire and Rubber management training program. At Goodyear, Darrell was a member of the National Champion Goodyear Wingfoots basketball team.
Darrell's family includes Cynthia, an accomplished Interior Designer, and children Darren, Melody, Christian, and Hayley.
